My New Blog Time is Running Out February 16th, 2010 10:56 AM The first time homebuyer credit is coming to a close. Time is running out. I feel certain from the meetings I have been to that it WILL NOT be extended again. The people at ERA and Realogy were instrumental in getting it renewed last time.
